The Western Area Power Administration Sierra Nevada Region Folsom, CA, intends to negotiate with DILO Incorporated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to procure materials, supplies, tools, labor, management, supervision, and travel, required deliver Supply three (3) commercial grade automated methyl anthranilate (MA) foggers/ hazers suitable for outdoor use in anexposed substation site equipment (please see specifications attached).
