The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Dynamic Systems, Inc, located at 880 N Park View Dr, El Segundo, CA 90245, on a firm fixed price sole source award basis to provide Oracle hardware and software maintenance and support to the National Institutes of Health.

This requirement restricts consideration to a brand name product from one manufacturer. Oracle hardware and software are essential to the Government's requirements and market research indicates other companies' similar products, or products lacking the particular features, do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet the Clinical Centers (CC) needs. The procurement of the Sun Oracle Server hardware maintenance is essential to support the CC current Sun Server environment. CC Sun Servers host a variety of systems, applications, databases, and websites. These systems are vital to the running of the hospital. Failure to purchase Oracle support services, will dramatically increase the time, effort and constraints on performance by eliminating what is able to use currently which will cause extensive performance
