Description
The Office of the Secretary (OST) of the Department of Transportation intends to award a single-source contract to PotomacWave Consulting, Inc. OST proposes to acquire, under a single-source procurement, a 1-year standard subscription of FedDataCheck from PotomacWave Consulting, Inc. This subscription will be department-wide and utilized by all DOT modes.
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Potomacwave Consulting, Inc. is the sole developer and distributor of the FedDataCheck product. Market Research conducted indicated other sources that currently provide the capability offered by the Potomacwave-s FedDataCheck product to meet DOT-s requirement.
This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. This requirement will be awarded to PotomacWave Consulting, Inc and is not available for full and open competition.
