- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a sole source contract for investigative services in support of the Georgia Drug and Narcotics Agency (GDNA).
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months from the date of contract award.

AUTHORITY:
This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), as authorized by statute.
