This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures.
Supply/Service needed: Fourtheen(14) days rental of concert hall for Marine Corps Band Concert performance over a period of five (5) months from January to May. Dates are as follows:
1) 1/16/26 Theater - Rehearsal
2) 1/18/26 Theater - Performance
3) 2/01/26 Theater - Performance
4) 2/08/26 Theater - Performance
5) 2/22/26 Theater - Performance
6) 3/15/26 - 3/20/26 Theater - Recording
7) 3/22/26 Theater - Performance
8) 3/29/26 Theater - Performance
9) 4/19/26 Theater - Performance
10) 5/03/26 Theater - Performance
The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: Virginia Community College System Office, Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center, 4915 East Campus Dr, Alexandria, Va 22311, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b), The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.
All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
