Description
This Source Sought for Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations Forensic Laboratory (HSI-FL) Imaged Document and Exemplars Library (IDEAL) 2.0 is a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties to support the requirement for IDEAL 2.0 at the HSI-FL in Washington, DC. The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis to Applied Research Associates, Inc.
BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, IF DETERMINED SUITABLE FOR COMPETITION, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
The purpose of this contract is to provide contractor support with expertise in forensic, intelligence, and investigative support service. The scope of work for the IDEAL 2.0 online database addresses the primary objective of adding specific functions to the IDEAL 2.0 to include (1) Operations and Maintenance and (2) Adaptive Maintenance and Enhancements.
The Government is seeking to enter into a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement commencing in September 2025, with an anticipated award in August 2025. The anticipated contract type for each order is Firm-Fixed Price with some Time and Material CLINs for specific tasks.
