The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to IBIS WORLD, INC. - 1251-55 Electric Ave, Venice, California 90291, United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This requirement is an annual renewal of IBIS World Inc, which will provide up-to-date investigation, technical assistance, and research activities to members of the Office of Research Analysis. Due to the specialized nature of the data, the unique structure of the database, and the necessity for consistent methodology across Commission analyzes, only one vendor can meet the agency-s requirements for data accuracy, depth, historical consistency, and analytical functionality. There is only one IBIS World Inc, hence limited competition. The performance period is one year: December 1, 2025 through November 31, 2026.
This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
