Notice of Intent to Sole Source for IDIQ for Illumina, Inc.-s Laboratory Equipment and Consumables with Warranties
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is creating a contract vehicle utilizing FAR Part 15 that will be used by all USDA agencies to procure scientific equipment, reagents, supplies, and warranty support for instrumentation to perform sequencing-by-synthesis based high-throughput sequencing on Illumina sequencing platforms produced and sold exclusively by Illumina, Inc.
The requirement must include:
iSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq, and NovaSeq classes of sequencing platforms, support, supplies, and reagents necessary for preparing and performing samples for sequence by synthesis runs. Infinium assays reagents, iScan instruments used to scan iSelect BeadChip arrays for SNP genotyping, including peripheral equipment, corresponding analysis software, and support agreements. Support plans for existing Illumina platforms and equipment.
