In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business, CareFusion Solutions, LLC, located at 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130:Item #DescriptionQtyUnity0001Alaris System Manager License1EA0002Alarisy Systems Remote Configuration1EAThe Fort Harrison VA Medical Center is seeking a license and any configuration fees necessary to establish a connection between the BD Alaris Infusion Pump system at FHM and the ECH BD Alaris Infusion Pump Server. Contractor shall provide the Alaris Systems Manager Software License as well as any cost associated to install this remote connection. The contractor shall train the local FHM staff on the process required to configure each infusion controller to the ECH BD Alaris server. The contractor shall also establish a new drug library profile on the ECH BD Alaris server and train the FHM staff on how add medications to the drug library. The contractor shall demonstrate to FHM staff how to perform updates of the drug library and automatically apply those drug library updates to all infusion pumps remotely. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard, Thursday, January 30, 2025.
