Laboratory Testing Services of Frozen Samples Analysis at MEDDAC-J, Camp Zama, Japan,
374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota AB, intends sole source purchase to BML, INC.

BML, INC. will be providing all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform laboratory testing of frozen samples analysis services for U.S. Army MEDDAC-Japan for MEDDAC-J) Camp Zama, Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese law and U.S. Army regulation or required to meet the standards in this contract.

Samples must be collected every day from Monday through Friday during designated hours, and for the QuantiFERON test, analysis must be started within 16 hours of sample collection. In addition, the contractor must be able to perform all tests listed in the attached document.

Minimum Qualifications: Services under this contract will be performed by the contractor who have demonstrated knowledge, certificate of ISO15189, CAP (The College of American Pathologists) and Privacy Mark and competence in servicing and maintaining the specified equipment under this contract. The Contractor shall insure technicians have been fully trained and experienced in testing lab samples. The chosen representative by the Contractor will have at a minimum one year of experience in maintaining the service specified above.

This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service stated above.

The closing date for this notice is 14 Aug 25, 1400 hrs Japanese Standard Time.
