The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year (OY) contract for on-site service maintenance of Philips Brightview CT scanners and Flex Cardio equipment at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Philips North America, LLC has the proprietary rights to the software for the equipment. Philip-s Field Service Engineers (FSE) are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The FSEs are also the only individuals authorized to install the proprietary software and hardware updates/upgrades for the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these FSEs. The government intends to award the contract on 05/01/2025 to Philips North America, LLC, 22100 BOTHELL EVERETT HIGHWAY, BOTHELL, WA 98021; SAM UEI: T41NB3MDAPZ6 CAGE CODE: 8HEG5. The estimated Period of Performance will be 05/01/2025-04/30/2030.
