THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 400), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source firm fixed service contract to QSA Global Inc. (CAGE: 23244). The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The period of performance shall be from approximately 12 June 2025 through 31 December 2025.
INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Preventative annual maintenance and minor repair on a Sentry 110 Co-60 radiography exposure device by trained and qualified personnel to comply with ANSI N432-1980 and ISO 3999:2005(E) standards in accordance with S0420-AA-RAD-010 Revision 2A.
QSA Global Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Sentry 110 Co-60 radiography exposure device. This device requires maintenance performed annually by trained and qualified personnel per manufacturer-s manual and by NAVSEA in accordance with S0420-AA-RAD-010 Revision 2A. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Business Size Standard of $34,000,000.
