SUMMARY:The Philadelphia District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, PA on behalf of the USACE Caribbean District (SAA), intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Firm Fixed Price Task Order (W912BU20F0084) under contract (W912EP190019) to HALFF ASSOCIATES INC under authority 10 U.S.C. § 2304(b)(B)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard of $25,500,000.
The scope of the task order includes preparing project documents for relocation of utilities and Revised Telecom and Landscaping 95% Design Plans and Specifications to support the Notre Dame Bridge replacement in Río Puerto Nuevo, Puerto Rico.The purpose of this modification is to modify the utility relocation design for the in accordance with the revised scope of work and extend the current period of performance beyond five years.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, responses may be submitted to Quinn Greene, Contract Specialist, through Quinn.P.Greene@usace.army.mil and responses received no later than 16:00 EDT, 18 July 2025 shall be considered by the Agency.
