NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to JWC Environmental Inc. 2850 Red Hill Avenue STE Santa Ana, California 92705-5541 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
Requirement is for one (1) Monster Wash Press part number MWP0018; one (1) Screen Assembly; twelve (12) Straight Brush Assemblies part number MWA0160-0188-P-SS; and twelve (12) Disk Brush Assemblies part number MVAO-1202-P-SS manufactured by JWC Environmental. Item will be used to reduce, wash, and compact screenings from the lift station sewer waste stream and lift the debris to a dumpster. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
