Description
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) Maintenance on two (2) Westinghouse Phase Shifting Transformers located at WAPA-s Shiprock Substation from Reinhausen Manufacturing Inc., 2549 North 9th Avenue, Humboldt, TN 38343. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES.
