Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Pacific Radomes, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:ITEM 0001:AS-4293A RadomeManufacturer: Pacific Radomes, Inc. QTY: 10The above supplies are specific to a technical drawing and are to be used as part of an antenna assembly. The radomes are required to complete full assembly of the antenna, and these radomes are only manufactured by Pacific Radomes, Inc. with no current alternatives. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
