This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Philips Healthcare, located at 4430 Rosewood Dr. Suite 200, Pleasanton, CA 94588, on a firm fixed price sole source award basis to provide modifications to the Carestream PACS at the National Institutes of Health CC.

Philips Healthcare is the vendor of the Carestream Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS). As such, they are the sole source of capable of making internal operation modifications of these systems and are familiar with operations and work to create an ORU interface to Valor. This interface will be in daily use by the RAD&IS for critical patient care.
