THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) Only one capable source to:Philips North America LLC 22100 Bothell Everett HWY BOTHELL, WA 98021The objective of this sole source award is for Philips Service through HTME contract VA797H-17-D-0022.The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334517; the business size standard is 1200 Employees.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 8AM PST on August 31st, 2025 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gregory Watson, Contract Specialist at Gregory.Watson2@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, Intent to Sole Source Portland VAMC Philips Service for Roseburg and Eugene . The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
