NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Phoenix Lidar Systems LLC (84VA0), 2113 Wells Branch Pkwy, Building 1, Suite 4000, Austin, TX 78728 for the purchase of miniRANGER-3 LITE with software and accessories for the 802 Civil Engineering Squadron. Market research revealed that no other potential small business offerors, besides Phoenix Lidar Systems LLC, were identified as interested, capable, responsible, and qualified to supply the required items. The Government intends to purchase the following supplier items from Phoenix Lidar Systems LLC.
