This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award on a sole source basis a contract for ProgradePouch Airfreight Services for the U.S. Embassy Harare. This contract shall be under NAICS code481112 to Airline Cargo Partners (Qatar Airways). The estimated period of performance is up to 6months.
This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), andFederal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies orservices will satisfy agency requirements. Airline Cargo Partners (Qatar Airways), is consideredas the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencyrequirements. See attached J&A.
The services will be provided in Harare, Zimbabwe. This is not a request for proposal and theintent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sourcesmay submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by theDepartment.
