U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to CJW Joint Venture under task order W912QR23F0387 - Renovation to Building 1203 at March Air Reserve Base, California.
This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This work is considered out of scope because it involves a quantity of additional cost greater than what was originally scoped in the base task order. This out of scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis.U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to CJW Joint Venture. This requirement is for the:
1) Work requirements for the Contractor to engineer, furnish and install a replacement Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning unit (HVAC) along with associated equipment during the renovation of Building 1203 at March Air Reserve Base, California.
2) Work requirements for the Contractor to engineer, furnish and install new NIPR Cat-6 cabling and associated equipment during the renovation of Building 1203 at March Air Reserve Base, California.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330.Any capability statements, proposals, or quotations must be submitted to Adam M. Brooks via email at adam.m.brooks@usace.army.mil no later than 01:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), 16 July 2025.
