Description
The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to M.I.C. INDUSTRIES, INC. for the purchase and delivery of a Building In a Box (BIB) kit from MIC Industries Inc. required to finish construction of the K-Span, currently in use at Malmstrom Air Force Base. M.I.C. INDUSTRIES, INC. is the sole authorized dealer and manufacturer for the Ultimate Building Machine and the Building in a Box in the United States. This authorization ensures the proper conversion and installation of the BIB kit to maintain structural integrity. This BIB Kit is essential to ensure the 341st Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) can properly store and maintain electrical systems and critical components.
This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
If no affirmative written response is received by the deadline below, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable as a response to this notice.
