NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Region (MB), Nebraska-Kansas Area Office (NKAO) intends to issue an order on a Sole Source basis to Border States Industries Inc for a software maintenance and engineering technical support contract for its Rockwell Automation software and hardware on all NKAO installed Allen Bradley products. Allen-Bradley is the flagship brand-name of a line of factory automation equipment owned by Rockwell Automation. Allen-Bradley offers the full range of electrical and automation equipment to help engineers navigate from design and installation through operation and maintenance. Allen-Bradley has a Distributor Partner network that offers exceptional knowledge and service that helps contractors design, implement, and support their automation investment. Border States Industries Inc is the only authorized distributor of Allen-Bradley hardware and software equipment for the Nebraska-Kansas Area Office in McCook, Nebraska.This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is June 5, 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is June 4, 2025, at 9:00 pm Mountain Time.A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
