No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Government-s Intent:
The VA Strategic Acquisition Center, located at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, 5202 Presidents Court, Suite 103, Frederick, MD 21703, is issuing this NOI to inform industry of the Government-s intent to Sole Source under FAR Part 13 a contract to Bay State Alarm Security Inc. (BSASI), 462 Pleasant St, Marlborough, MA 01752, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for security system preventative/ emergency maintenance at the VA ARC facility located in Braintree, MA.
This will be an FFP award with an anticipated award date of 12 AUG 2025. The estimated PoP is 30 SEP 2025 through 29 SEP 2025, with 3 12-month option periods. The estimated value for the base period is $4,939.00.
