Description
Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (RSA) hereby provides notice of its intent to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to NT Service for the Skywiper Handheld Electronic Drone Mitigation System, 100 handheld C-UAS systems (SkyWiper (EDM4S)) to ensure mitigation of control, video, and navigation signals. The overall requirement includes an additional 100 batteries and 50 battery chargers. Each module is required to operate at full power independently of other frequencies in use. Frequencies shall not be programmable by the user. Minimum operational range required is 5 km. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.106-1(b), supplemented by FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The Product Service Code is 5865 and the NAICS code for this requirement is 325998 - All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing.

This is not a request for competitive offers. This is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future oral communications and questions regarding this notice of intent are not acceptable response to this notice.
