SPECIAL NOTICE
This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which permits solicitation from a single source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
NAICS Code is: 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment
Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) "soliciting from a single source", the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends a sole source contract of two (2) Modified Compressors for TLD ACU 808 Units to Kampi Components., Inc. 88 Canal Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.
