This is a notice of intent to sole-source a procurement under FAR Subpart 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules and FAR 8.405-G(a)(1)(i)(B), soliciting from a single source. This requirement is for the renewal of the Autodesk Annual Software Subscription in support of the Marine Corps Installations Command Installations Systems Branch. Per DFARS 208.7402, departments and agencies must fulfill requirements for commercial software and related services, such as software maintenance, through the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), which serves as the mandatory source for software and software maintenance agreements. DoD ESI awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering Autodesk software products to DLT Solutions LLC under a ten-year agreement with a period of performance from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2029.
The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA, intends to award a sole-source contract to DLT Solutions, LLC, located at 2411 Dulles Corner Park Ste 800, Herndon, VA 20171. This requirement will be procured via DoD ESI Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-19-A-0051.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
