The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), specifically FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i), Special documentation requirements. The intended contractor is Volpara Health Inc., located at 19000 33rd Ave W Ste 130, Lynnwood, WA 98036-4753. The Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Volpara Health Inc. for a Mammography Tracking System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 541519 Other Computer Related Services. Product of Service Code for this requirement is DA01 IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Support Services (Labor).
