Description
The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source supply contract to Rave Computer Association for Virtual Reality (VR) computers and their software. The system requirements are specific to RAVE computer model MVI25-T-5080-1. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b).
The following Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code have been assigned to this acquisition:

This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1) (i). It is published for information purpose only and is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to this notice of intent to sole source are anticipated; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the supply listed. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the deadline date for the submittal is 10:00 am CDT on 19 May 2025.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
