THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED AND OFFERS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The Nevada Air National Guard Contracting Office intends to enter a Firm Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) with WASHOE COUNTY. The contract is for services for the 152 CES to pay for the annual 800MHz radio contribution. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 516110, and Product Service Code of R426. The delivery is requested to be as soon as possible. Attached is the local Justification and Approval (J_A) for the effort. This special notice is effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 effective 7 August 2025, Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice effective 17 January 2025, and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 2025-0711 effective 11 July 2025. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This is not a solicitation for competitive offers. If interested, firms may submit their technical approach and solutions to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice for consideration. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow NVANG to evaluate the firm?s capabilities in accordance with the Air Force policy and regulations and should include the following information: (1) Organization name; physical email and website address; telephone number, business size and CAGE code and/or UEI; (2) detailed capability statement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for offers; submission of any information in response to this special notice is voluntary and the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred for providing a response.
