Description
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) sole-source contract to N.K. Bhandari, Architecture & Engineering, P.C., 1020 7th North Street Suite 130, Liverpool, NY 13088-6192, WUDXF35LUMN6 for A/E Services for the revision to Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings and Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) for B10 Vivarium Air Control Valves in Building 64, 10903 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20903.
