PolyAnalyst is a comprehensive data science platform designed to extract actionable insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including text, by utilizing powerful natural language processing capabilities, advanced statistical algorithms, and machine learning techniques, allowing users to perform text mining, data mining, classification, clustering, sentiment analysis, and predictive modeling, all within a user-friendly interface to generate custom reports and visualizations, making it ideal for various industries like healthcare, finance, and market research to uncover hidden patterns and trends within their data. PolyAnalyst is the software that the Veterans Health Agency (VHA) NCPS uses for performing text analytics and natural language processing of narrative text and structured data housed in NCPS databases. This supports critical business operations such as the NCPS Quarterly and Annual Reports, weekly Electronic Health Record Modernization reports and informs executives for strategic planning and to answer congress, Office of the Inspector General (OIG), Freedom of Information Act data requests.
