Description
Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communication, and Network (PEO C3N) Project Manager Interoperability, Integration and Services (PM I2S) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3 "Other Than Full and Open Competition" to procure proprietary, brand name deployed Integrated Network Operations Battalion and Below (INB2) annual enterprise software licenses and post deployment software support (PDSS) services. Procurement includes maintenance, improvements / enhancements, integration & testing, and other technical services for the required software fielded and deployed as part of the program and the required PDSS services are to ensure fielded and deployed software is maintained and continues to be compatible with new and emerging hardware.
CodeMettle LLC. is the developer of the CodeMettle INB2 software. This software is integrated and embedded into the currently fielded systems. It is critical to the Government-s requirements and market research indicates no other software solutions meet or can be modified to meet the Army-s needs.
This is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received before 4:00 PM EST, Monday, 19 MAY 2025 will be considered by the Government prior to making an award.
Information in response to this notice shall be sent to Ezra Kohn, Contract Specialist, at ezra.y.kohn.civ@army.mil and April Blodgett, Contracting Officer, at april.l.blodgett.civ@army.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
