Description
In accordance with Executive Order Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions (January 20, 2025), EO 14035 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in the Federal Workforce has been revoked, necessitating the immediate discontinuation of related DEIA initiatives and programs. As a result, federal agencies are required to terminate any ongoing or planned efforts supporting the now-revoked EO.
All FAA contracts with scope supporting DEIA initiatives or FAA contracts requiring any form of DEIA initiative, training, task, or program for contractor employees, federal employees, or the general public are affected. Accordingly, DEIA scope and related tasks will be terminated. Contractors must immediately reach out to their respective FAA Contracting Officers and/or Contracting Officer Representatives to identify, validate, and process termination of all DEIA related efforts. We appreciate your continued cooperation and support as we align FAA-s contracting principles to President Trump-s pro-Growth and Made in America agenda.
