  THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE SERVICE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Healthcare Contracting Division - West / HCD - West (HCD-W), Alpha Branch on behalf of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton - San Diego, California, intends to award a firm fixed price service maintenance contract on a sole source basis to GAUMARD SCIENTIFIC CO, INC. The period of performance for the anticipated contract shall be a base period, and four (4) 1-year option periods, (Total of 5 years if all options are exercised).
