- Bulletin Desc : It is the intent of the City of Eugene to solicit proposals for a Design-Build contract for the design and construction of a Solar and Battery Storage Project. Per ORS 279C.335(5)(c) in response to a written request, the City will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement.
