Tender are invited for NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGSNORTHERN TOBACCO SECURITIZATION CORPORATION ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS THE MEMBERSHIP of the Northern Tobacco Securitization Corporation (“NTSC”), a public corporation and government instrumentality of, but having a legal existence independent of and separate from, the State of Alaska, will meet at 9:30 a.m. on December 3, 2025 at AHFC building at 4300 Boniface Parkway, and via WebEx Teleconference. NTSC is incorporated under the Alaska Nonprofit Corporation Act and has only one member - the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”). AHFC shall be represented at the meeting through its Board of Directors. Immediately after the adjournment of the NTSC Membership Meeting, the Board of Directors of NTSC shall meet at the same location and with the same access by the public. THE AGENDA for the Annual NTSC Membership Meeting will include: A. Election of Board members, if any; B. Delivery of Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report; C.
