NOTICE OF INTENTThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source modification to MyRevelations, LLC, 282 Choptank Rd., Ste. 103, Stafford, VA 22556 for Caregivers Financial and Legal Services. VA intends to negotiate a non-competitive award of a firm fixed price (FFP) modification to contract number 36C10X22C0033, to add option periods (totaling a maximum of up to 2.5 years). The current contract was established as a pilot 2.5-year contract with the hopes of gleaning key information and adjusting prior to an anticipated long-term 10-year contract. This action will prevent a lapse in the Financial and Legal services provided to Caregivers of Veterans while transitioning to the long-term contract for similar services through competition. MyRevelations is currently performing the nation-wide Financial and Legal services contract and has an existing, fully approved Authority to Operate (ATO) for their managed service website, enabling the swift provision of services.Caregivers Financial and Legal services was enacted as part of the VA MISSION Act, to allow family members or designated Caregivers of Veterans with a serious injury incurred or aggravated in the line of duty to receive support in Financial and Legal matters for the Veteran. This means a Caregiver, given the task of providing support to our most vulnerable who have diligently served our nation, can now receive, along with their Veteran, the much needed Financial and Legal support through this contract. The scope of this requirement is for continued service of the program to designated Primary Family Caregivers. The current contract, awarded as a pilot expires on March 29, 2025. The modification will continue the provision of these services to all VA markets for all 50 United States and territories to include Guam, Northern Marianna Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
