This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Abbott Laboratories Inc (UEI: KP5EVFMHUAN1) located at 3200 Lakeside Drive Santa Clara, California, 95054, USA. Services will be from 02/07/2025 through 02/28/2025 under NAICS 811210. The purpose of this package is to procure two atrial devices and two ventricle devices for use in electrophysiology procedure performed in Special Procedures department, located at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119, CATH LAB, Room 3F202. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 01/17/2025 at 13:00 PM CST, to christopher.rossi2@va.gov .
