Notice of Intent to Sole SourceSolicitation Number: 36C77625Q0255The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Vicinity Energy Inc. 100 Franklin St, Lbby 2, Boston, MA 02110 for the procurement of utility services including purchase of steam and chilled water including connection charges to facilitate the expansion of production capacity to the new facility under GSA Areawide contract 47PA0419D0016. These services are in support of the new James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, OK at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127. Vicinity Energy Inc. is the only utility which can provide both steam and chilled water for the new VAMC.Project Information: The requirement will be for a ten-year agreement to provide both steam and chilled water including all necessary work to expand capacity to meet the hospital s requirements and add redundant service and capacity to meet N+1 requirement for the VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice will remain open for 10 business days.
