DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), intends to solicit and award Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price, Purchase Order to a Small Business source, Armamentarium, Inc, 22317 Goslin Road, Spring, TX 77389. The Michael E.
