The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, James J Peters VAMC, 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468, intends to award a firm-fixed-price award to 10X Genomics, Inc., 7068 Koll Ctr Pkwy, Pleasanton, CA 94566 for 10X Genomics Reagents. This sole source award to 10X Genomics, Inc. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.
