Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using FederalAcquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-l(b)(1)(i). The US Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Installation & Technology Division 6472 Integrity Court, Building 4401Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following service:
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Sole Source contract to: The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), 5202 Presidents Court, Suite 220, Frederick, MD, 21703. (A2LA) is the previous contract holder. The continued need to conduct renewal assessment the Chemical Sampling and Analysis Branch (CSAB) through annual reviews and biennial assessments and testing laboratory-s compliance to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard., has been deemed critical.
The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAlCS) Code is 541990- All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.The size standard is $19.5 million.
All responses received within five businesses (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 04:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), 16 April 2025 with the following information:.
