Description
This Is a Notice Of Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract.This non-competitive presolicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201 Synoses of Proposed Contract Actions. This contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-price Sole Source Award under FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to SIMmerson LLC for the Investigative Interview Human Simulation Software and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Module Revision for the U. S. Army Inspector General School (TIGS) .This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 12:00 PM CST, 22 September 2025. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to annalyssa.o.navarro-schwener.civ@army.mil.A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
