NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The U.S. Government, Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a service contract to provide subscription to on-line competency assessments and continuing education courses, cloud-based document storage and retrieval system, and on-line blood and urine case simulators at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, CO. Period of Period is from 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2029, inclusive of all option periods. FAR Clause 52.217-8 does not apply.

Synopsis Description of Supplies: The contractor shall provide subscriptions for web-based compliance and continuing education courses for clinical lab personnel, cloud-based storage for inspection checklists and personnel certification documentation, and web-based case analysis simulators such as white blood cell differential simulator, red blood cell morphology case simulator, and urinalysis case simulator, in support of the Department of Pathology. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The NAICS code selected best fits PSC DA10 - IT And Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software As A Service. Small Business Size Standard: $34,000,000.00.
