Description:
In accordance with Tex. Gov. Code §2254 Chapter B, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) would like to provide notice to vendors ofintent to execute an amendment to a previously awarded contract for consultant services.The Amendment will begin on August 13, 2024, and terminateon August 12, 2025.The Amendment will be awarded to the incumbent vendor, Ames & Gough Insurance/Risk Management, Inc., unless a better offer is received.If offers are received, TxDOT will evaluate each offer in the manner prescribed in the original solicitation for this contract.To submit an offer, email a response, which includes a statement of qualifications, a proposal for completing the services, and a price quotation to Lisa Hoyt at lisa.hoyt@txdot.govprior to the closing date listed above.
