The proposed changes in the FAI cargo airline service incentive program (Program) are listed below.New, non-stop, scheduled cargo service between Fairbanks International Airport and a city that has not been served as either an origin or destination city by any airline prior to initiation of service.New service must be for at least three (3) months, or twelve (12) consecutive weeks, with a minimum of 1 flight per week.For approved applications for Category 6 flights, Landing and Fuel Flowage Fees...
