Tender are invited for Brief Description: The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing proposes to update regulations for Electrical Administrators including continuing education workshop approvals and change of employer or company affiliation. The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (Department) proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 32 of the Alaska Administrative Code including the following: 12 AAC 32.325. Approved Workshops and Courses, is proposed to amend the required documents that must be submitted for an electrical administrator continuing education workshop to be approved by the department. 12 AAC 32.920. Change of Employer or Company Affiliation, is proposed to be repealed to remove the requirement for an electrical administrator to notify the department when there is a change in employment or company affiliatio...
