Tender are invited for Brief Description: The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing proposes to update regulations for Mechanical Administrators including updating mechanical administrator experience requirements for licensure, continuing education workshop approvals, and change of employer or company affiliation. The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (Department) proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 39 of the Alaska Administrative Code including the following: 12 AAC 39.222; 12 AAC 39.242; 12 AAC 39.262; 12 AAC 39.282; 12 AAC 39.322, are proposed to be amended to remove the term "journeyman."
