Tender are invited for STATE OF ALASKA Department of Transportation and Public Facilities NOTICE OF PROPOSED VACATION (DISPOSAL) OF RIGHT OF WAYR/W ID No. 310.036DNOTICE IS GIVEN that the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to approve a petition to vacate the right of way (ROW) easement within Parcel ID# 17207165. The proposed easement area to be vacated is an undefined, 100 ft. ROW easement within the existing parcel. This action falls within the NE¼ of the SW¼ and the NW¼ of the SE¼ of Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Seward Meridian, Homer Recording District, State of Alaska.The DOT&PF has determined that the subject property is excess to the DOT&PF-s needs now and in the foreseeable future. This ROW easement is not within the slope limits of a developed road corridor and the land is not necessary for the highway-s operation or maintenance. The parcel may be conveyed to another public agency or municipality or may be sold to a private entity.
